After moving with her family, they realized their new home was infested with mold, which not only infected nearly everything they owned but also put Tammy on a journey where she was fighting for her life. Through her experience, she gained a much different perspective on what’s important in life.
She now shares her story and coaches others to be more mindful of health and wellness. Her passion is now rooted in her belief that accountability and community are essential for sustaining long-term health and success. She emphasizes that wellness is not a solitary journey but ONE that benefits immensely from the support and encouragement of others. Her advocacy for agent wellness extends beyond physical health, encompassing mental and emotional well-being as well. This holistic approach ensures that individuals are not just surviving in their professional roles but thriving.
