More than 200 of our international leaders came together last week, both online and at our dynamic, BLACK & GOLD Hub in Laguna Niguel, CA, for a business strategy and mindset workshopping event. Not only was it a chance to get together and share our #ONELove but it became a game-changing moment for so many who left completely recharged, inspired and ready to GROW! 

MORALE IS HIGH

Even before Basecamp began, attendees at the Welcome Reception were incredibly positive about the fourth quarter and next year given the breakthroughs they’ve seen in their local markets and in the traction their real estate professionals are getting. Additionally, more agents are visiting with our franchise owners looking to make a change to something better, especially Realty ONE Group’s 100% commission model.

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT

We’ve been named a Top Recession-Proof Franchise which is why, even in a stagnant market, the brand has grown organically in country and office count, number of agents and overall transaction volume in 2024. That growth has been propelled by our comprehensive value proposition and a laser-sharp focus on what the real estate professional truly needs to win more business.

There’s no understating the opportunity ahead for our franchise owners and their agents because we’re able to give them everything they need to achieve greater success faster.

While the focus of this year’s Basecamp was business strategy and mindset, attendees also shared personal stories and their experiences since opening their franchises to motivate each other.
